There are 2 pay periods a month, with the 1st period ending on the 15th and the 2nd period ending the last day of the month. This is all based on US Pacific time zone. Now everything you make for either period is paid out in 4 days after the period ends. So for the 1st period, you will be paid on the 19th of each month. Likewise, for the 2nd period you will be paid out on the 4th of each month. There is no hold and no fees for payment transfers, every dollar you make you get! The accounting programs we use are top of the line, at any time you can see exactly what you have made.

On our sites, we use what is known as a tokens for the guest to model payments. Tokens are the same thing as money. This is to help disassociate the fact that it is real money to the clients. Clients buy tokens and use them for payment, every token is worth 4 cents to you. Below is a breakdown on how they can spend their tokens on you. Remember, no matter how they spend the token, either shows or tips, the tokens are always worth 4 cents to you. So take your token count for the period and times by .04 and you will get the amount that will be direct deposited in your account. For example: If you made 46,784 tokens and times that by 4 cents (.04) you would get $1,871.36 and thats what you will receive in 4 days. Easy as that!!!

Tokens are spent by the clients in the following ways:

a) Private Show: The rate is 1 token per second (60 tokens per minute) + USD $2.40 per minute for the model.

A private show is one on one, however you can make additional money by people Voyeur/Spying on the private show.

b) Group Show: The rate is 1 token per 3 seconds (20 tokens per minute) + USD $.80 per minute for the model, per client.

In a Group Show there is a minimum of 3 clients to start a Group Show. However, you can have as many will join. For example: If you have 10 clients in a Group Show you would be making $8 per minute.

c) Voyeur/Spy: The rate is 1 token per 6 seconds (10 tokens per minute) + USD $.40 per minute for the model, per client.

This is a great feature, it is when someone just spy's on a Private Show, there is no communication. They are just watching, you don't even know they are there until you finish and see the extra tokens you made. This is a great bonus feature!

d) Tips: The customer can Tip a model at any time with as many tokens he/she wants.

You can suggest a Tip for something, or they can. Have fun and give the guys something to look at and you can make loads of money this way. Once, you get a hang of how everything works, talk to your coach. They have many ideas for games and contest to boost tipping.
